Shipping policy

All products are made to order or produced in limited production runs.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that fulfillment and delivery may take 4 to 8 weeks from the date of purchase. During periods of high demand, production delays, customs processing, carrier delays, or unforeseen manufacturing circumstances, shipping times may extend beyond this estimate.

Estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Orders enter production shortly after purchase. Because production resources are allocated immediately, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once placed.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been fulfilled and accepted by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
