The Origin

SageAvarice was born from a singular vision: to bring tradition into modern America. Founded by Sage Akimoto, the brand draws from the depth of Japanese mythology, spiritual symbolism, and traditional craft reinterpreted through a modern, streetwear lens.

The Designer

Sage Akimoto personally conceives, crafts, and curates each collection. Rooted in the thesis of emotional rebirth, Sage's work explores the full spectrum of the human experience jealousy, bravery, grief, transformation and seals each narrative into wearable form. No two pieces are identical. No collection is mass-produced. This is not fashion. This is a practice.

The Craft

Each SageAvarice piece is handcrafted from concept to completion, every garment undergoes a 4–6 week production process a timeline that reflects the care and intention embedded in each piece. These are not items you add to a cart. They are heirlooms you choose to carry.

Limited Edition, Always

SageAvarice releases are intentionally limited. When a piece is gone, it is gone. Certain styles are offered as made-to-order, allowing you to secure your piece before it is crafted. It is a commitment to quality over quantity, and to the belief that what is rare is worth waiting for.

Sizing & Fit

SageAvarice pieces are designed with an intentional, high fashion silhouette. We recommend sizing up if you prefer an oversized fit, or referencing the measurements listed on each product page. If you have questions about a specific style, contact us before ordering we are happy to guide you :).

Shipping & Production Timeline

Because each piece is handcrafted to order, please allow 4–6 weeks for production before your order ships. You will receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way. We appreciate your patience great things take time.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order nature of our pieces, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to review sizing information carefully and reach out with any questions prior to purchase.

Pre-Order & Made-to-Order

Some SageAvarice styles are available even when inventory shows as sold out. This means your piece will be handcrafted specifically for you after your order is placed. Production timelines apply. You will be notified at each stage of the process.
